A Trip to Oriya-Land

The Oriya Language belongs to eastern Indo Aryan Language part of Indo Aryan Language group. It descended from Awadhi Prakrit which was as a whole part of Sanskrit. The Oriya language is spoken in Odisha, It also has the status of official language in Odisha. In Odisha native speakers form above 80 percentage, It is also spoken in Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh. Oriya has the status of 6th classical language declared by Government of India Republic.

How does Virtual Oriya Keyboard work?

One exception when typing using the mouse is when you have to use shift key press it and it will lock itself until you type the next character. We designed this page very carefully so most frequently used functions could be used in quick fashion. The design of typing page is made via horizontal rule.

Window Functions

This Keyboard software gives you keys on typing window inbuilt in it. These keys are very useful for most regular file use. You won't find these keys on any website anywhere else.

New:

The first key in the row of keys on the Typing panel is New. If you press this key all your Writing Content will be deleted on its place a New and blank page will be displayed.

Save:

Save key allows you to save text content into .doc file which you can later initiate and further edit in Microsoft office or any other application which support .doc file.

Copy:

Copy key makes a copy of your Text which later you can paste anywhere in the system by using shortcut key Ctrl+V.

Print:

The print button enables you to print your content on record through the printer or just press Ctrl+p.

Toggle:

Toggle is the button pressing which you can toggle the keyboard between Oriya and English if English text content required in your file.

Instructions to use Oriya-keyboard

➤ Just click on the text field and start typing in Oriya language.
➤ To type in Oriya, press your computer keyboard key according to the Oriya keyboard layout shown here.
➤ You can also use your mouse for Oriya typing, only click on the button shown in the virtual Oriya keyboard tool.
